Stage 01 - Initial Position:
step 01 SLS connected to AS
- Stage 00 - Initial Position:
- Span P124-123 erected & all tendons are stressed
- Span P124-123 on temporary bearings (20mm stroke)
- Span P124-123 is clear (connection beams & PT brackets are removed on top slab)
- Front Support (FS) & Rear Support (RS) loaded
- FS & RS anchored to the bridge by 4 x Ø40mm bars
- Auxiliary Support (AS) fully retracted (0mm stroke)
- SLS connected to AS
- Main Girder (MG) centered on each supports (ecc. = 0)
- Longitudinal fixity pin engaged on RS

Stage 02: Adjust FS height
step 01: Move AS
- 1- Move AS to graduation 22.08m along MG (centered on concrete supports)
- 2- Adjust FS height (7.430m) & tight lock nut: Top jacks stroke = 350mm
- 3- Engage longitudinal fixity pin on FS
- 4- Release RS anchor bars from the deck
- 5- Adjust RS height (5.467m) & tight lock nut: Bottom jacks stroke = 54 (rear) / 0 (front) mm
- 6- Move Main Winch Trolley (MWT) to graduation 63.50m along MG (above FS)


step 02: Engage AS
- 1- Engage AS in contact with concrete block supports by mean of its vertical hydraulic jacks (stroke = 439mm)
- 2- Load AS to minimum 30bar (+/-10bar) on each jack
- 3- Check verticality of AS
- 4- Engage longitudinal fixity pin on AS

step 03: Unload RS
- 1- Engage AS in contact with concrete block supports by mean of its vertical hydraulic jacks (stroke = 439mm)
- 2- Load AS to minimum 30bar (+/-10bar) on each jack
- 3- Check verticality of AS
- 4- Engage longitudinal fixity pin on AS

- 5- Check verticality of RS & tight lock nut
- 6- Anchor RS to the deck by mean of verticalbars
- 7- Engage longitudinal fixity pin on RS
